Wilson's Camp Prattville was established in
1928 by Nettie and Frank Wilson. It has been family owned and operated for
75 years, and is the oldest resort at Lake Almanor. Today Wilson's Camp
Prattville is operated by Ken
and Debbie Wilson. The camp is nestled among tall trees on the west shore
of Lake Almanor. 34 R.V. sites, most with full hookups, overlook the
lake with majestic Mt. Lassen in the background.(see our view left)!!! And for those of
you who prefer the comforts of home, coupled with a peaceful, relaxing lakefront
location, one of our 7 cabin/duplex
rentals is just the thing for you and your family. Our new authentic
log cabin is a great way to leave the pressures of everyday life behind and
enjoy the beauty and pleasures Lake Almanor and its surrounding area has to
offer. Our 30 space marina provides convenient
access to fishing and water sport recreational
activities. For your convenience, we have a general store which provides
produce, canned, frozen, and packaged food, tackle/bait, clothing/gifts, and
other sundry items. Best of all, my grandmother's restaurant, Carol's
Cafe, is very popular with visitors and local residents alike. We
serve breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week and invite you to stop by and
enjoy a meal on our deck overlooking the scenic lake.
